A way to make your stomach flatter without and radical procedures, is to do some sit ups and do some work out videos. If you have a gym, i would advise you to work out there, 30 minute cardio and maybe just get active. Also, you could have skiped that last kit-kat bar you ate. Note- you cant just expect this to happen all at once, it takes some time and effort! You can also ask your doctor about it.... and eat healthy is a good way to. Good luck!! =)

Lots of ways, even in the office.
First drink 8 glasses of water daily to get rid of the crap in your system.
Next while at your desk hold your breath for a count of 6 to 8 while tightening your stomach muscles. do 3 sets of 15 reps while at your desk. It's called isometrics and it works.
More conventionally you could do this when you get home at night:
1 set of 25 crunches
1 set of 25 leg lifts
1 set of alternating crunches (right elbow to left knee and left elbow to right knee) 25 with right and 25 with left.
1 set of knee ups (lie flat on your back with your hands behind your head, bring your knees up and in the same motion bring your head up, your elbows should gently touch your knees. Now return back to flat position and repeat.) Do 25 reps.
Do this 3 times a week.
30 minutes of Cardio 3 times a week will also help dramatically.

Upper abs: do abdominal crunches but not all the way. just enough to lift your shoulder blades off the mat so you could avoid back pain.
Lower abs: do leg lowering exercise. lie down flat. lift both legs (knees straight) up a foot from the surface and slowly lower them down. reps would be up to you. its tough but it helps a lot ^^,

Pilates exercise is good...it focuses on the core of ur body n makes u look more lean and taller...u cud loose those belly easily...
