Now everyone is telling me that I'm getting fat. I've read that you can lose weight in your sleep....so I thought I would try that.

But honestly, I just need a way to get rid of this flab.

I'm a loser when it comes to excersise and diet. It isn't like I don't have time, but I'll easily choose taking a shower or watching tv over excersise and then choose to eat all the crap stocked in the house over fruits and veggies.

Any ideas lovies?

It is possible to lose weight in your sleep, though miniscule and you'd have to sleep for days. The body is still working as you sleep, though maybe not as hard, and that work requires energy. Since you most likely don't eat in your sleep, the energy comes from built up reserves, i.e. fat. You'll lose maybe 1/10 lb if your lucky in a good night's sleep.

As for a real way to lose weight quickly, jog around the block in a garbage bag. It acts like a sauna keeping in your body heat. You'll litterally sweat out a few pounds after a few laps. It feels disgusting, not to mention looks ridiculous, but it works. Seriously.

people that say you can lose weight in your sleep are the same people that are too lazy to exercise or diet. there isnt a way to lose weight where you don't have to do anything.
BUT, the best thing to do is start cutting down on your calorie intake. just eat less food, but dont eat crap. also, when you have to go out, park farther away from the doors, use the stairs, etc.
hopefully, you won't have to hit some rock-bottom before you wise up to the fact that being lazy and eating crap is a quick way to gain way more flab than you have.
seems like you know the right stuff and just don't want to do it. your best bet would be to find something that really motivates you to lose weight!

It depends, You see if you go to bed with out dinner and you haven't ate for a while, in your sleep your body goes to your fat areas and divour some of it to fill you up. But if not this, then you wont lose weight in your sleep. Its pretty much your fat eating its self. Like when u get hungary and dont eat forever... so the answer is most likely "Yes". And if you want to lose weight find a thing that is active and that you like and just have fun with it. Fun way to lose those love handles and tummys. It takes dedication and stamina! Trust me, after you start working out and start seeing the changes, you most likely wont wanna stop! been there...done that.

go to http://www.oxypowder.com, check out the questions box and read about the ingredients of Germainium 132, this stuff is incredible. Then if you know how to read, get the book by Kevin Trudeau, "Things THEY don't want you to know" You can get this book at Amazon.com or any Borders book store, or eBay has it. This is a must read, you will find out about all the chemicals and pesticides in our food, you will be so devastated that you will stop gourging yourself with junk that will keep making you fatter, & fatter. You will thinks twice before you eat anything. If it's the last thing you do, get the book! I lost 10 lbs in 1 week that I couldn't get off with a strenous excercise plan, I have kept those 10lbs off for 2 years because of the oxypowder. It works! At least get out and do some walking! You'll feel better about yourself.

No its not possible
BUT if you dont get 8 hours of good sleep a night then you are more likely to put on weight because you eat more during the day (because you need engery)
Try eating honey before you go to bed or a few hours before you go to bed because something in the honey reacts to something in the liver that makes your body burn fat (i dont think it burns a lot though)
And exercise, just push youself to do it. Once you do a bit of exercise you will filll great. Or instead just be more active (walk ore and stuff)

It's hard for me to excercise sometimes......but that's more due to pain. (long story) I would say you probably metabolize some in your sleep..........but not enough to make a difference. You need cardio........walking ...biking...whatever gets your heart pumping.....You need to feed your muscles good fuel (food) and give them a good workout with lots of water. I actually find that if I eat right and drink a s*** load of water I will lose weight. And its amazing........the more water you drink....the better you feel...the better you look (skin especially) and you will also eliminate from your body much more efficiently. So maybe get a friend or your dog and go for a walk and pound the water! And thank your friends for being so sensitive to your feelings! (sarcasm) Good luck hon!!!!!!!

sleepin helps burn ure calories ....

but it depends on how much hour of sleep u do .....

at nite if u sleep for proper 6-7 hours of sleep u dnt gain or lose any weight howeever if u sleep less thn 6 hours say like only four hours u put on weight ...but if u sleep durin daytime say like noon time nap for more thn 4-5 hours u lose weight.....

so if u wanna lose weight try sleepin more thn 4-5 hours daytimes and nite try to have proper 6-7 hours of sleep.....

but one must not go for sleeping pills for such things.....

you dont lose weight while sleeping you burn calories.. which you can do in everything you do .. just like sittin and watchin tv.. so sleeping is not a good way to lose weight but you do burn calories that you may have intaken that day
