I am 5''8 150-160 and I keep yo yoing in my weight I want some quick fix Ideas what diet pills from walmart work anyone know PLEASE HELP ME !!

Diet pills are not going to help you stop with the yoyo-ing effect. The best way to stop that is to maintain your eating habits. Cut out sweets & greasy snacks. Lower your fat intake and drink at least 8 - 10 glasses of water each day. For your height, your weight isn't bad...Hollywood wouldn't be calling (they prefer the non-anorexics who look anorexic), but the cutie from down the street will be!!

If you really want to lose "excess" weight, just start working out 3 - 5 days each week for 30 - 45 minutes (walking does wonders), maintain healthy eating habits, and you'll see results soon. Hang in there.

Ok let me tell you something. Your not fat! Fat is like a sumo wrestler. You might just have a little chub here and there but your not fat. A good way to lose weight is to find a sport or doing something active you like and stick with it. A good and fun way to lose weight. Also, change your diet! Eat good, healthy foods and work out or swim and do laps. Get active! Do some verbs!! You shouldnt do diet pills. Non natural and are bad for you! Dont do it. If these dont work look ideas up or ask around. If needed, ask a doctor. I wish you all the best you are not fat. If you just get active, and dont eat all the time, then you'll be fine! If you want to keep that weight off do what I did. I was never really fat but my weight did keep fluctuating up and down (i eat when I'm stressed) so I started to work out about 4 times a week.

Start working out slow, don't push yourself, and slowly build it up. Also in the beginning I ate healthily and tried hard not to snack between meals. Now however, I eat pretty much what I want (within reason) and because I'm working out 4 times a week I don't have that fear of gaining weight.

Diet pills and just not eating never work because of rebound effects. You put that weight straight back on because you start eating again (which you should!). I say that working out is the best. Or if you don't have time really take every opportunity to exercise,e.g. take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator, walk or bike whenever you can, walk around your room when talking on the phone etc etc

Do get this book by Kevin Trudeau, "Things THEY don't want you to know" You can get this book at Amazon.com or any Borders book store, or eBay has it. This is a must read, you will find out about all the chemicals and pesticides in our food, you will be so devastated that you won't look at food the same way again. You will thinks twice before you eat anything. If it's the last thing you do, get the book! I lost 10 lbs in 1 week that I couldn't get off with a strenous excercise plan, I have kept those 10lbs off for 2 years because of the oxypowder. It works! You'll feel better about yourself. Drugs, over or under the counter are bad for you, period! GET The Book!

Pills or drinks will work but diet and exercise is the healthiest way.

what i was saying is u shud consult a doctor or try an after six diet...wherein u will not get to eat after six pm .....just water.....and everytime u feel hungry (supposing u had ur regular meal) u just take in water.....as ur body misinterprets thirstiness from hungerness

try that drink... Hollywood Best Secrect Drink ... u lose 10 lbs in a week i think or Stacker 3 pills... worked for me!

the first thing : low carbo and u can have eveything protein , drink lemon juice after u woke up then keep walking everyday .. the best exercise and u will never bore.
