I don't whether or not I was born with tanned skin. I am currently in 9th grade and my skin is really dark, however when I was in 4th grade my skin wasn't that dark. Is the darker skin tanned skin?

Ok. Here goes. I'm new to this school. I want to try out to this talent show. And already, for some reason Mr. Mikea doesn't like me. My auditions are tomorrow.... And these two girls (my sisters say they are jealous of me) always talk about me behind my back. And how they don't want me to join and all that.

How do I have confidence in myself?! It seems like, I'm always getting negative comments towards me. What should I do? What should I remind myself?!?!?!?!? HELP! PLEASE ANSWER!
Thanks in advance!!

I understand that women put it on their face at night, and you always here jokes about someone being scared half to death when they were a kid, because they accidently bumped into their mom in the dark when her face was covered with a cream mask. LOL! =) But in my whole life, I don't think I've ever actually seen a women with it on. MY mom certainly never used anything like that. What do women use it for? Or DO they still use it? Is it like an old-timey product that has been replaced by more modern moisturizing products?

I have very thin growing eyebrows,so for the past 5 years or so,I have been shaving them off and drawing on more.I've gotten good at drawing on pretty, shapely ones but now I'm tired of doing that.It has draw-backs like hoping that one doesn't get rubbed off, making me look like an idiot or having to make sure my "face"is on when I leave the house.I'm ready to grow them out and get them professionally done. Are there any hair grow products that's safe for the brow?

I love my eyeliner, in fact, it is the only piece of makeup that I can NOT live without. But, before 2 hours passes, I find myself in the mirror wiping away the smearing eyeliner underneath my eyes. Any advise would help.

She's only 10, but she likes to dress up sometimes; especially when she is playing drums in her band. today she came downstairs with blue eyeshadow on and it looked very disturbing. i thought i might get her a little eyeshadow kit as a stocking stuffer. What colour scheme would be best? I have no idea, as i don't wear makeup (too many years wearing gobs of it in theatre. Lol!) and i am quite pale with lighter hair.

Okay...I know it sounds lazy, and maybe I am....but I have always had the hardest time doing my make up every day. I love the outcome, I just am not a morning person and dread getting ready. Any motives?

I had my mom put on the sankapul tape yesterday, and the shape of it is alright, but my eyelids sting a little.

Is it alright to keep on the tape for another day?

For up to how long can I keep on sankapul tape on my eyes? And, any tips?

Hey everyone.

It's not like I'm worried about my lips, I am not devestaded, but I would like them fuller, and maybe a little redder, I mean, my lips are almost invisibale.

I had 3 friends who all went to seperate schools, and suddenly they all had realy red and really full lips, there lips (before) were kind of like mine.

I heard that brushing your lips really softly works. Does that just make them fuller? Or gentley putting a hot washcloth on them. Should I do both? When should I do that, and how many times a week should I do it. Does it actually make your lips fuller and redder? If so, how long should I keep doing this, 2 months? Forever?

Then I heard of that lip gloss thing, is there any lip-gloss or red lipstick that actually makes them look a little redder? Does the stuff that makes your lips plumper actually work?

Then I heard that a certain diet might get your lips redder. If so, what is it, I would only do it if it's a healthy diet, since I play soccer, I am know going to bed at 8:00, waking up 4:30, I eat my breakfast, (What should I eat?) and then I exersize, (or do soccer drills, I am trainig for spring season.) Is there a certain amount of calories I should eat a day? (No, if it's un-healthy, I won't do it.) Are you supposed to eat a lot of leafy greens?

Should I apply some type of heat to my lips, (will that make them dry.) Do I use moisturizer? Or do lips have blood in them which is supposed to make them redder, if so how do I do it?

NO surgery.

I hope I can ge some help, like I said, it isn't like a huge problem or something.

Oh, and I am 14.

I have oily skin and want to know what the best foundation and powder is to use and have it stay on. I currently use Clinqiue foundation and Cover Girl Pressed Powder and it works well but I just want to know what else is out there.

Also I want to know what kind of cleanser I should use in order to prevent having such oily skin. I really dont have much of a problem with acne but really want to rid myself of oily skin.

It is such a hassel to have to reapply makeup because it just disappears!

I also have natural, shimmering blue eyes. Which are extremely vibrant, but i do not wear any eye make-up. (In fact i do not wear any form of makeup other then clear lip-gloss, if that helps?) Oh, and i am also of Indian origin with very fair skin. Alot lighter than Aishwarya Rai, so maybe that is the problem? lol.
ThanQ for all responses!!
