Wow, your coloring is just beautiful, green eyes, dark hair and full lips. I'd recommend playing up your green eyes by highlighing your brow bone with a light shimmery color (light peaches & beiges), and then color the rest of the eye area with neutral browns, taupes, plums and even greys. Use a very fine tipped charcoal liner or better yet, use a damp eyeliner brush with a dark brown/grey/charcoal colored eyeshadow to make a line just above your upperlashes and then 'smudge' it in for a beautifully smokey look.
Since you're playing up your eyes, and you have full lips, stick to shimmery peachy/pink glosses. I find that playing up both your eyes and lips with bright colors is a bit much (clown-like).
You have the same coloring as Angelina Jolie and she's always playing up her eyes whilst playing down her lips with shimmery neutral glosses. Though when she decides to brighten up her lips for an evening look, she always plays down her eyes with all neutral shades of simple beiges and browns.
Stick to plums, and peaches for your cheek color during fall months and use a very light hand whilst swiping the blush across the apples of your cheeks and temples (and don't forget to blend, blend, blend!). You can brighten up the area with a swipe of bronzer, and then just a smidge of bright pinks during summer months for a wonderfully sunkissed glow.
HTH!!!!

Having hazel eyes myself I was always scared of wearing green but Dior has this amazing duo in green and I just LOVE it. Try doing a smoky eye with some dark green and light green with brown in the crease then keep the lips a nude shade but that has a very nice moistness to it.
If you want to focus more on the lips than the eyes then a french pout is always great. Get a lipliner a bit darker colored than your natural lips and line your lips ALL the way around, even in the corner, then apply a shiny gloss and kind of blend it into the line (so the line isn't harsh). for the eyes, maybe just foundation over the lids or a color slightly darker than your natrual lid color, a thicker line of black eyeliner on your upper lid and mascara and it'll look awesome as well.

Summer Garden: Makeup colors for dark hair and green eyes
Using peaches, roses and aubergine...
We often find ourselves reaching for the same old colors year after year. In this section of Beauty.about.com, I will be putting together mini lessons of colors that you might never have considered.
In the graphic to the right you will see a face with several numbers pointing to different areas. Below, you will find details explaining what each number represents along with the necessary instructions for placement.
1. Shadow for lid: peach
2. Crease Color: No color in the crease area.
3. Liner: Aubergine (grayed purple)
7. Beneath Eye: A little of the above liner beneath the lower lashes, placement depending on eye shape. Encircling the entire eye can sometimes make the eye look smaller. Start with a little on the outer corners and check the effect as you go.
4.Mascara: Black. Just one layer for a natural look.
5. Blush: We are combining two colors for our blush... a rose and a peach combination. Be sure to blend well.
6. Lips: Start with a light application of peach for the first layer and then pick up a little rose and blend it into the peach.

Light purple eyeshadow with a light tan over it will really make your eyes pop. Also try using brown and tans for a more natural look. Line your inner lids with a flesh colored liner and your outer lids (top and bottom) with a grayish brown colored liner. Smudge liner a little to make it more defined and natural-looking. Use a dark brown mascara instead of black - it's less harsh. For lips, just use a light colored gloss. Bright red lipsticks and other unnatural colors of sticks or gloss don't really look the best in my opinion. Try a natural light pink or clear gloss. Shade your jawline with a powder bronzer. I find that the Dream Matte Mousse works extremely well as a foundation and Covergirl powders work well, also. For blush, try a rosy pink powder.

Me too! I also happen to be a make-up artist on the side.
For eyes, blacks, grays, browns, greens, and violets are best. Also cremes and white to accent. Pink tones can even look great. Gold looks amazing! Try and stay away from anything to gray/blue. It can make your eyes look dull. Also anything too pink/peachy can make you look sick.
For lips stick with neutral colors while playing up your eyes. Nude tones, light pink, or even just clear gloss. A pinkish/maroon color with little eyemakup will look great!
Oh! And trying a black eyeliner with a hint of blue in it is good. Mac makes a great one!

I always say neutral is the way to go because it looks sophisticated and is easy to do. For green eyes though, purples/pinks look good. A very light blue might look good too, but if you want to bring out the green in your eyes, purple will do it. With all kinds of makeup, less is always more and tends to look better too. You want to accent your eyes, not overdo them.

Always lightly apply any makeup. Brown mascara is a fav. or mine. It usually depends on each individual face for color decisions, not just comparison between eye and hair color. I think soft tans and pinks would be lovely. If you want to darken up for seasonal changes try gold with black eyeliner. Sparkly colors also work well.

Purple or brown for your eyes would really make them pop. Go with a soft nude lip or a light pink lip, nothing frosty
