my hair is so thick and wavy...its a few inches below my shoulders...i dont know what to do with it..any suggetstions?

I have thin, dark blonde-light brown hair. It is about a quarter of the way down my back, about 5-6 in past shoulder length. I'm tired of the same hairdo all the time. Any suggestions on a hairstyle I should wair to school tomorrow? Thanks =)

...when my hair is in the bun. I put my hair in the bun for my dance competitions. I want it to look very smooth and shiny. How do I do that? If I just use hair gel it is pretty smooth but not as shiny and smooth as some other people have it. Some people make it so smooth it looks like glass surface. Is there a trick or special hair poduct that helps to achieve that? I have long straight hair.

I know! so cliche and all that stuff but i genunely like the color and it looks great with my skin. I'm worried though, do you think it would make me seem "fake"? people generally assume girls or women who dye their hair blonde want to be like hollywood stars but i just love blonde hair! do you think this would make me seem fake to other wome and do you like blonde hair?

Well a while bak ago I had very straight long hair. Then i got it cut up to my shoulders and ever since it has been so frizzy!! I have tried evrything to make it straight again. I've shampooed like 6 times in one shower,I have used a straightening iron and within the hour i used it it got frizzy again,I have used hair gel,and hairspray and nothing has worked!! I need help on how to get it to stop being frizzy 24/7!

well i like this SUAVE but it says that it is flammable and then it says apply on wet hair and avoid smoking until fully dried it doesnt contain alcohol it says also you can use a blowdrier help!!

Well i got really thick hair..but when i get out of the shower..or get my hair wet at all..after i dry it its so puffy and ugly..im a guy btw

So in order to get it down i spray it with hair spray then eventually stroke my fingers through my hair until the hairspray is no more and my hair is down more but this is such a hassle to do all the time and most hair sprays give me bad dandriff from doing this. Any suggestions on what to do? And am i the only one with hair like this, just about every guy i see has hair that is nice and flat down on the head, is my hair just weird or am i doing something wrong. I take showers a few times a week an shampoo every time, no conditioner..it just makes things worse

I'm only worried that because I don't have a relaxer (i just flat iron the front) that the braids would like poof up and make it look terrible. So if I can't do that how should I clean it and make it all striaght and smooth again?

Okay, I love to straighten my hair and keep it as straght as possible...but I have naturally wavy hair. Even if I use hairspray I'll walk outside and wait for the bus and my gorgeous flat hair gets blown around and by the time I get to school I have these horrible half curly wavy things!! I look like I just woke up when in reality I spent HOURS on my hair! I've tried so many products but nothing seems to work. Is there anything I can do to prevent my hair doing this??
**Especially because this really cute new guy just moved in and he's in my Biology class! I cant have 70s hair around him!

My hair's about 3-4 inches long now.. how can I give it tons of volume? Does layering do this? I guess it would make sense if you had long hair on top of slightly less long hair, and on and on and on. Also, any kinds of shampoos? Or instruments to cut hair? Some sort of shear? I have naturally dark ash blonde hair, very dark ash blonde, but not quite brown. I'm going to get my hair done close to that shade so I don't have to keep up with it, and I can just let it all grow out. Does anyone have any pictures? I need a picture not a description. And it should not have any gold or red tones in it. Highlights would be fine, but I just can't find a picture of anyone with my color!
