I'm only worried that because I don't have a relaxer (i just flat iron the front) that the braids would like poof up and make it look terrible. So if I can't do that how should I clean it and make it all striaght and smooth again?

You can shampoo the hair as long as you follow the directions on the packet you got the hair from. Be careful when rinsing because of the sew-ins you don't want to leave any residue behind. So make sure you rinse thoroughly. Also your braids shouldn't puff up unless you scrub Really hard like your trying to take it a loose. Remember your hair is tied down with the thread and extension so you should be okay :)

you should call the stylist and get info on how to take care. plus you can by something called Dry Wash...it's a spray for weaves and braids....as long as the straight front...you should just wash it and becareful while you are doing it...

If you mean extensions then you should be able to treat them like your own hair. The stylist who put them in for you should be able and willing to give you specific advice.

i heard it is good to wash sew-in hair weave with baby shampoo. it doesn't damage the extensions color or texture and it still gets it clean.
