Is my hair fried?

I have relaxed my hair and dyed it with temporary dye. My hair is damaged/fried. If I fry my hair and I do things to help it will it be revived or is it dead forever? What can I do to help?

Would manonsae or avocado be a good idea? How do I use those?

You can't completely revive it. But you can try the avocado. Just smash it up, apply it to your hair, and wash it out. Mayo is never a good idea, it stinks up your hair so dont use that. Try different shampoos and conditioners to help your hair, there are about a million of them out there. Before you know it your hair will be great! Good Luck=]

Mash up some avocado and apply to hair and leave in for five minutes. Then, wash out in the shower.

the only way to get ur hair healthy and normal again well..that would b to stop dying it ...trim your hair every 4 weeks and it shud become healthier i also heard maonaise is good for your hair also try condition treatments you can buy at the pharmacy or salon supply store..all these girls now a days jus damage their hair by dying it so many times..your never gonna get ur hair back to normal unless your grow it out..well goodluck

try an intense leave in conditioner.wash your hair normally,apply leave in,wrap your hair with a warm towel,and leave in for 15 minutes. rince your hair in cool water and do not over use hair dryer or other styling products.
