i have layered hair and only the front part of my hair gets split ends...can someone please explain and tell me how to get rid of them so they dont come back. PLEASE HELP :(

I am a black female and i have some short black hairs growing under my chain an at the sides of my face. It is quite embbarassing and out of desperation i put some bath room bleach on a serviette and dabbed it on the affected areas to kill the hair folicle. It stung a bit, do u think it will work to kill the hairs and stop it growing?

I went to get my haircut yesterday, and I had specifically told the lady to LAYER my hair... she asked me how short and I said I wanted it shoulder length. So I sat there and thought "omg I can't wait, ectect". The lady was done in like.. 10 minutes MAX. I've never gotten a faster haircut in my life except for the time when my mom had it cut like a boy's. When I looked in the mirror, it wasn't anything like I had imagined. She had cut my bangs so short, I looked like a kid.. and barely layered anything... and the ends were cut straight across... like an amateur!!! I wanted to cry...

Was it my fault for not specifically, specifcally specifying EXACTLy how I wanted? Or was she just a bad hairdress?

i've had my hair bleach blonde for awhile now and i tried to dye it a dark red but only the top part which was my natural color took the red and the ends of my hair turned a dark purple. how can i fix it? would any color besides red work better? thanks!

I am very tan, currently boring one toned medium brown hair color. I cannot do red all over at least bc I am too tan for that...Any ideas? I was thinking light brown (my natural color) with honey higlights? Sound good, any other ideas?

I have curly frizzy hair and it's layred with a side fringe... Is there anything I could do to style it in the morning before going to school... I don't like straightening it because it ruins your hair... Is there anything else I could do with it?!?

How should I fix my hair tommorow, it's very warm here about 82, and my school is hotter than a firecracker! What are some good hairstyles for when it's hot, I scrunched my hair today and put it up in a pony tail but I want something cuter than that! I use pantene and it's the best thing i've ever used, but when i went to get my hair cut the lady said it wasn;t good for my hair, it sounded like a sales pitch because u asked her then what is good for my hair and she was like oh any salon products and she went on and told me what i should buy from them....So is pantene really bad for your hair or is it something that high priced shampoo companies made up so that pantene wouldn't put them out of business

I have a GHD straightner and i have been using it every day, if not twice a day to straighten my hair. My hair is already very damaged already as it is bleached blonde (by the hairdressers) i get my roots done monthly, and now it feels like straw and it is very damaged. I have been using some leave in moisrureisers and shampoo's for damaged hair, does anyone know what or how i can get it back to looking healthy again?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone know where i can find step by step guides for easy updos. I wanna make more of my hair but the styles need to be easy and quick as they are ones that I would do early in the moring before work.

All i have seen so far is prom updos and these are far to elaborate and pretty for a day in the office, i just want something fun and easy. Ive done the whole bun pony tail thing and want to do something more unusual with my hair.

Any one know any websites that may help.
