- protein rich diet – include almonds in your daily plan
- regular oiling of hair with luke warm oil – coconut oil is a good old choice
- eat green leafy vegetables
- eat fruits for the shine
- get head massage for strength and relaxation
- once you know your hair is filled with pollutants.. take a wash
- use a good shampoo
- oil your hair before shampoo
- use a good conditioner if required
- remain tension free… tension eats up the hair . trust me.
- Get regular hair cuts … see if there are no split ends cropping up as they defer the growth.
Hope all these help. Thanks.

A balanced food rich in proteins like cereals will do, but you should take care of dirt and other pollutants which cause harm to your hairs. Also apply hair oil regularly. One best medicine is : mixture of Jaborandi + Arnika + Calendula in equal proportions.
