I have a GHD straightner and i have been using it every day, if not twice a day to straighten my hair. My hair is already very damaged already as it is bleached blonde (by the hairdressers) i get my roots done monthly, and now it feels like straw and it is very damaged. I have been using some leave in moisrureisers and shampoo's for damaged hair, does anyone know what or how i can get it back to looking healthy again?

Hi, i had the same problem (bleach blonde) and then my hair started to snap off, i had to dye my hair brown and start again, use Redken shampoo & conditioner, get a leave in treatment that you can soak your hair in overnight, only straighten when you really need to, try Paul Mitchell super skinny serum this stuff is amazing put on wet hair before you staighten, and try a steam treatment from the hairdressers, and dont wash it every day, sometimes we can become obsessive and that happens alot to blondes including me! so your gotta say to yourself do you want beautiful hair or damaged hair?

Get a shampoo that is specialized in heat treatment . For example tresemme. You may also like to buy some heat defense that protects your hair when you straighten it. I recommend V05. Finally straighten it every other day for a bit it will make it healthier.
