Yes, absolutely! The cheap hair cutting salons do not really care how you look when you leave. If you are willing to spend the money, you can find a stylist who would base your cut and color on your skin tone, body size, facial shape...it is a true science!

The chain salons don't care about the individual customer where as the locally owned/operated salons depend directly on your opinion.
The beauticans go to the same schools the only difference is that the beauticans at a chain store will always have customers while the self employed depend on word of mouth.
Local salons do more services and a larger variety so chances are you are getting a service from a more experienced person.

Think about it. They all hire people who went to the same kind of school. That said, if they take more time, you will get a better cut. If the chain is driving them to be fast, that could be a problem.

Blonde's are terrific, that's the reason maximum women persons have a jealous physique of recommendations in the direction of them. real blonde's are clever, alluring, loving, If the non real blonds of which there are various, fake blondness for a reason and that i've got faith to not sense much less clever etc. yet to make themselves extra appealing.
