My boyfriend at the time and I were sitting on a bench by a lake, enjoying a romantic afternoon. He reached over and plucked it out, laughing, and gave it to me. I was only 22, so I was a little freaked by it. My reaction was to thank my boyfriend for his impeccable timing.

My first ever was at the tender age of just 7 years old. Yes that's right, 7. I was at the hairdressers with my mum and the hairdresser saw it, pointed it out and got rid of it. Of course being 7 I never thought anything of it. I have more grey hairs appearing, much more frequently and in larger quantities as from the age of 18. I am now 24. My mum suffered meningitus when she was 18, she lost all her teeth and the left hand side of her hair went completely grey. obviously she survived, but had entures and was greying all over very young. Due to this, I too am suffering the same with my hair. Doctors reckon its in her genes after she suffered meningitus and she has passsed the weakend gene onto me. Lol, oh well I can live with it, seing as though she pulled through and had me and my bro later on.

I had just turned 27 and found quite a few. Did not worry me at all. Wonderful hair-colorings out there. No need for anybody to have grey hair if they do not want it. I would love for my hair to be totally grey i think it looks sexy.:)))

I saw my 1st one when i was 16 and then i realised i actually had more than one. I didnt really react that much as they didnt even show that much as they are underneath. I now have about 30 to 40 grey hairs but again they are underneath my hair so dont show that much. We all go grey unfortunately.

i grew to become into 33 when I observed my first gray hair and that i cried. And when I plucked it out, I remembered my mom status on the replicate, doing an identical element at that age and asserting she did no longer comprehend why she afflicted with plucking them out because of fact "for each gray hair you pluck out, 2 come decrease back in its place"........ She's seventy 4 now.

I was 16 and my hair dresser found it!! I had a few gray hairs so I didn't worry about it. She pulled them out and finished coloring my hair. It didn't bother me too much, I get a few every now and then but nothing that freaks me out.

My hubby found my first gray a couple of months ago...I made him pull it out, not to get rid of it but because I wanted to see. I'm 33 and have black hair(native American) So for me I was a little excited about my first sign of wisdom.

Recently. I had a shaved head for 10 years though so I wouldn't have known when it really appeared.
I asked the hairdresser and he said most people have a few, he had them from the age of 17 and they still weren't visible to me.
