i like to leave my hair freely ,but my hair gets out of hand if i leave it like that,what should i apply after i have straightened it out so that my hair be smooth and even if its windy outside i can leave my hair freely.

my hair is usually thin and flat and lacks lustre ,however when I spend time in the sun, my hair condition really improves in thickness and condition. I would love my hair to be like this all the time,but it is difficult as we don`t get too much sun here. Has any one else experienced this? and can anyone suggest anything that i can do that will have the same affect. I have tried every shampoo, conditioner,oil on the market but sunlight seems to do it everytime, I would love to bottle it!!!! please help..... thanks

When Im sleeping with my curly hair and wake up the next day the volume is gone looks like it I have not brush my hair. It gets freezy probably because I move a lot. Today I wash my hair and Im loving my curls. How can I keep them like that so they don't get messed up while sleeping.

I have a short, cropped style, you would think it would be easy, I bought the products he used and copy exactly what he did, but it still flops!!!! It's depressing that my new style that looked so great, now looks a total flop when I try to do it.

Hi. I have an extremely extremely round fat face. and a huge double chin. I have tried different hairstyles and it just makes my face look even more fat. I generally wear my hair in a ponytail with side swept bangs. But, I think it just makes my double chin look even bigger...especially in pictures. I see all this stuff about having medium length hair with layers, but it just doesn't seem to work. i also have very flat thin hair, i can't get a lot of volume either.

I have been loosing hair for the past year or two and it's only in the front of my head. It comes off easily from the root. And i noticed I have had severe dandruff lately. I have a bald spots on the front of my head with a little bit of hair over it. Ive been to the doctor and i was told it could be hormones and it should stop soon. But it didnt What could it be? What could i do to regrow the hair?

Ever since my stylist put a texturizer in my hair, my hair hasn't been growing.Since then,i started shampooing my hair every 2 weeks with Mane & Tail.Every night i put either B&B grease on my scalp,or i spray Night Oil on my hair.I even wrap my hair at night and it's still not growing.Every time i comb my hair,my hair comes out.If i keep combing it one day all of my hair will come out!My hair gets so bad to the point where lots of hair is on my shirt from combing,so i have to put a different shirt on.I think my hair is coming out because of the texturizer or she probably didn't wash all of the shampoo out my hair.When i had braids my hair was growing.
Does anyone know what i should do?Should i use a different shampoo?My mom might put braids in my hair.So does anyone know what kind of braids i should get to help my hair grow? Should i take vitamins?2 times my hair has gone through this and i hate going through it.My hair use to be so long.Any stylists out there can you please help me?

i have been very dumb i bleached my black hair...then tried to dye it blonde as an emergency thing..well it turned a peach color...so i tried redying it [once again emergency panicking thing] but i put loadsss of conditioner on it...my question is if i tried to just dye it medium brown would my hair just fall out or do i have some hope[i cant go to a professional becuase a)i have no money for it and b)there are NO good places around me and i dont have the time to drive 2 hours to someplace]

Yesterday, I posted a question on whether I should try this stylist in Brooklyn, I went today to get a weave and ladies let me tell you, I have no regrets whatsoever. When I went she was just finishing up a lady who also got a weave and her hair was very nice, when I was finished, my hair looked so real and the way she bumped it and cut it, the hair fell along my face and I was just swinging my hair all over the place cause she did such a good transformation on me.Im going to take a picture tonight and if anyone wantt to see my hair email me and I'll send it too you, I honestly think this is my best weave ever, when I was living in Atlanta, my old stylist was good, but I love this new do. My hair is thick and short...ish (middle of short and wavy)- always poofy, unless I take a shower every other day. If I let it air-dry, it poofs up, and even if I blow dry it it gets poofy.

My hair is naturally straight though. I tried putting a pony-tail when i sleep, it got poofy and wavy, I even tried putting a beanie on while I sleep (don't have time to take showers in the morning), didn't work. (heh, gah.)

Can anyone help me wih this?

My hair looks almost blonde on some days, red other days, and sometimes almost pure brown, and on other days all three colors are visible at the same time. Is there a name for this color? For a long time, I thought it was tawny, but that doesn't seem to fit.

OK, I'm 22 and have a no-hair baby face. People said that shaving will make it grows more, but it hasn't work for me and i'm starting to think that it's just a myth. Also, I've heard aloe vera helps also, anyone has any comments on that? What about Rogaine, is there a growing facial hair verson of that also or is it just for head hair. TIA.

My mom told me that if I flat iron my hair straight too much, it'll get too burnt and fall out. She says I'll go bald eventually from doing it too much. At most I do it about twice a week, and I don't even pull that hard. But sometimes small bits of hair comes out on the counter and we've noticed my hair has gotten thinner since I last had a haircut. Could straightening it be the cause?
