My hair is thick and short...ish (middle of short and wavy)- always poofy, unless I take a shower every other day. If I let it air-dry, it poofs up, and even if I blow dry it it gets poofy.

My hair is naturally straight though. I tried putting a pony-tail when i sleep, it got poofy and wavy, I even tried putting a beanie on while I sleep (don't have time to take showers in the morning), didn't work. (heh, gah.)

Can anyone help me wih this?

Try maxi glide at bed bath and beyond, or linen and things, its a little wide made mostly for longer hair, but type it into yahoo and see if you find the set of the large one and small one, maybe someone will split the cost with you.

No one wakes up with perfect hair! We ALL wish we did! Whether we wash it the night b4 or not. Work at it. There is no relaxer to magically freshen your hair everyday, it ALL takes work.
Deal.
