First of all, VERY CAREFULLY!!! Secondly, make sure you have a pivoting-head razor that is at least triple-edged; a small, sharp pair of scizzors; and lastly, a small hand-held magnifying mirror.(I suppose a couple bandaids couldn't hurt!) Note: If you choose to use shaving cream/gel, I would recommend one that is made for ladies (sensitive skin formula), and apply it very sparingly so you can see what you are doing.
Place one foot on a closed toilet seat or something comparable in the shower. Clip pubic hairs down to about one-half inch long with the scizzors. Wet the area to be shaved with water or shaving cream/gel (not soap, unless you're an experienced shaver), and pull the scrotum toward the groin so the skin is taut. Then, starting at the base of the scrotum, shave toward the groin in small, smooth strokes. (It helps to rinse the blade every 2 strokes or so). Continue in this fashion, switching hands and feet. Use either a towel or water to clean the area when you feel you're about done and check with the mirror to view your handy work. Also, feel the area with your fingertips and you'll be able to tell whether it's "smooth sailin" or you've got a "desert full of cacti". If you missed a couple of spots, reshave only the areas missed, otherwise you'll make yourself raw. Don't be afraid to shave in different directions, depending on which way the hair is growing, as long as the scrotum is stretched taut. Note: When it comes to shaving the frontal pubic area, NEVER shave upward toward the belly-button or you'll give yourself a nasty, itchy rash. For this area, I recommend shaving horizontally and/or in a diagonal-downward manner. Good luck!

Depends on what you're dealing with, you might need anything from a pair of scissors to a weed whacker.

First of all it is scrotum not scrotums. Just use a razor and shaving cream. Not a cheap razor though.

Whatever you do, don't shave it all...just trim it because if you shave it, it will itch like crazy when it's growing back...
