My hairdresser does a great job and cuts my hair exactly as i want it. she's also great at colouring too. Does it make a difference that she only charges 20$ People seem to brag about their 80$+ haircut.....

I went to a salon the first week of November and had my hair died a permanent 5n, which is a dark brown because that stylist told me that was my natural hair color. I got home and cried bc it was so dark. i went back and she put highlights in and now my hair is growing out a lot lighter and the died part looks brassy.
I hate the colour and I want to lighten it up but i am don't know how to go about doing it. I am not planning on doing it myself but is there anything that can be done at a salon? What type of corrective color could help me get an all over med-light brown with a few highlights? Do they have to bleach my hair? AAHHH, I hate how my hair looks but I dont want to cause too much damage to it and my wallet. Please help.

ok, so here's the deal. my hair is naturaly curly, not supertight curly, just curly, I want the cute messy wavy hair look like the Abercrombie and Fitch models (you know the look I'm talking about right?). how do I get that wavy hair look?? My cousina asked me what i was getting done to my hair. I said side bangs she replied by saying oh side bangs are way out of style. Well inever listen to her i do my own thing so i got my bangs how i wanted then no one has seen them yet sence school has been out but are side bangs outa style?

I am in desperate need of a GOOD hair cut. I don't have a ton of money to spend so I am going to go to Regis Hair Salon. But I want to find the best stylist they have to cut my hair. Is it tacky for me to call the receptionist and ask her to schedule me an appointment with the best one at the salon? Would the receptionist even know who was the best? What should I do?

I want to dye my hair like a redish brownish color since i have dark brown hair already so i was thinking dying it dark brown auburn i dont know if it would look good with me though i went with my mom to great clips because she was going to go get a haircut and i asked the hairdresser what color would look good on me and she said caramel brown streaks i think its a pretty color but i dont want that color like how i want dark brown auburn heres a picture of me, would the caramel streaks look good on me or the dark brown auburn whole head dye? or just dark brown auburn streaks?

should i make a hair bang?? i have a thin face. my hair is thick. straight from above curly at ends. its medium. i dont hair dry or blow it wateva they call it. i dont put any gel, spray, or ANY of that stuff.Should i do a hair bang?? help?!

Can anypne give me advice on applying them correctly. They are 12" wide with 5-6 wee comb (Lethal looking)things attached. Is it best to start at nape of neck and work up or in the middle and work down?

how many of you have ideas for a cute hair cut

ive cut it many times, but im dying it black this weekend and i want a cute haircut to go with it, something a teen would like, i am almost 16. but right now my hair is like to my shouders, or a little above my shoulders.

I have really dry hair, really bad split ends... I straighten my hair pretty much every day I do try and switch it up by curling my hair since its naturally curly.. And I was wondering if anyone else knew of any good hair products that really work and start repairing badly damaged hair... Any would be great... Thanks :-)

Hi,

I just bought Wella color charm hair color and protein filler. I had blonde hair with highlights and colored it a red color and after about a week about the first 2 or 3 inches from my scalp is still a redish color but the rest is now brown. I read that using a protein filler first will make it so the color is even throught. The directions on the filler say to leave it on for 20 minutes than rinse out. Do I have to let my hair dry before I color it or do I do it when it is still wet?? Thanks for the help.
