I don't think it can lead to fat. How old are you? You need to go to the doctor and see if MAYBE there's a problem why you haven't started your period. You aren't missing anything exciting by the way. But if you are fairly older and you haven't started your period, go to the doctor and see if anything is wrong. If you are physically active with sports and such, most girls won't get their periods for a fairly long time. Don't worry to much about it, or you won't get one. But mainly, go to the doctor and get check out.

How long has it been since your last period? Is it something to do with your contraception? If you are not pregnant and not on special contraception..I think your main concern shouldnot be whether or not you'll become fat ..you must see a doc and hurry

You're first concern should be NOT fatness. WTF??? You should be more fearful of an eating disorder, infertility, pregnancy, or cancer. If you are going to be serious about this, instead of vain, you probably need to go to a gynecologist. My friend needed birth control pills to regulate her hormones, to have normal periods. For someone concerned with weight, SKINNY not fat girls, have a problem with missing periods. Those gymnasts that starve themselves, are more likey to have this problem, because they are not healthy. Women who are healthy, have normal periods and are fertile. Go to the doctor and talk about your eating habits, as well as your missing periods. God bless...

You might have Poly cystic ovaries ( hormonal imbalance ). It is better that you consult your doctor and take medicines at an earlier stage itself.
