No, but you can restyle it instead. Maybe use a hairband/alice band to pin back or part it in middle or at side (may need moose or wax & bit of help styling) to coax it this way - should stay in the end. Maybe you can get hair extensions put into it and then part it either side as you would if you had no fringe? Ask a good hairdresser they will more than likely be able to offer some help!

Dont cut them. There is no way to grow them out by then. You could always get a hair piece. They make them for the fringe area also.

Spanish olive oil - cook with it and use it in salad dressing. I don't know why but it worked for me. I had it in 3 meals a day last summer and my hair was softer and grew a little faster than it normally does. Perhaps the heat of a really hot summer made a difference, too. Not sure. Anyway, it worked for me!

You can not speed up hair growth... but you will find that your hair grows faster during certain times of the year so if it grows faster in winter then you may be ok...

Hair and nails grow quicker in wet and warm conditions. keep a hat on your head as long as you can. Even then growing it back by new years is a long shot

No, but might I suggest a half wig or hair piece. I use them when I am going out as my hair was damaged by unlicensed stylist and I am regrowing it.

I don't think it will grow that quickly. I did hear drinking lots of alcohol will assist hair growth - you could try that!!!
