I have done major damage to my hair through various means and the best product I've ever tried is K Pac from Joico. You can find it at some salons and all Trade Secret salons. Its gentle so you can leave it on as long as you like. My favorite is to put it on wet hair before you shampoo, put a plastic cap over it and leave it on for 30 minutes to 45 minutes. The heat from your scalp helps it work. then rinse out, shampoo once or twice and follow up with a lightweight conditioner. Another tip is to make sure that you use something on your hair whenever you straighten it. the cheapest easiest one to use is called Aphogee drops from Sally Beauty supply. You put a few drops in wet hair and it gives it a glossy stick straight shine to the hair when you straighten it, or will gloss up the curls if left to dry naturally. Its only 2bucks a tube and works better than the most expensive stuff I've tried.

Hey! You sound just like me. I deep condition my hair with Ojion Nut treatment for my hair. You can find this product at Sephora or on their website ($25). It's very consentrated and very moisturizing. You put the product on while your hair is dry, work it in, and let it stay for 15min. I use it once a week to keep my hair in good condition. This line also has great Shampoo and Conditionar, you may want to give it a look see. I know Ojion has a gift right now where you can try their products.

The only way to get healthier hair again is to cut off your split ends and use a deep conditioner twice weekly. Try to let your hair air-dry more often, and limit your hair straighten because that cause A LOT of damage to your hair. Try new hairstyles that limit the amount of damage to your hair. Bedhead has great products but the truth is if your hair is seriously damage you have to cut most of the damage off and change your styling techniques to get your hair healthier!

Keep getting trims so it can grow out and the new healthy hair can replace the old damaged hair. Change over to sulfate free shampoos and look up the Pro Natural’s hair care system and get everything you can from them. Especially the argan oil for after a shower, that's a heat protectant that doubles as a deep conditioner so it makes hair really strong and healthy. Plus it makes it soft and gets rid of frizz.

My hair is to my waist and very healthy. I owe this to several products that some are not as expensive. For shampoo and conditioner, I use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Smooth. These products jointly do a great job in moisturizing and taking care of the frizz. I also use Kerastase Oleo-Relax Serum. This product is expensive, but I get it from Ebay and the price is not as bad. This alone does a great job in keeping my hair healthy and strong. I have recommended this combination to a lot of people and they all loved it-

Try this shampoo called cream of nature it works very good for dry hair....condition it with maybe some cholesterol conditioning let that sit in your hair for at least 20 min (it leaves your hair very soft), then after dry and flat ironing cut your split ends....keep that up and you'll be fine just don't flat iron your hair like everyday that what damages your hair...
