Hi
Well love MOP or Aveda personally, but if your only trying an expensive brand for the first time i recommend Aveda Shampure, as it works on all hair types and has so little build up. Or MOP glisten which is completely organic and heals hair damaged by pollution and chemicals
Hope this helps

I was in the salon yesterday. The salon I go to is Redken only salon and I buy 90% of my products there.
For shampoo and conditioner, I use the Blonde Glam stuff. My stlist recommended it. I <3 it. But that's for mostly blonde color treated hair. [Blonde Glam brand link = http://redken.com/products/displayBrand.cfm?b=278]
Depending on the type of hair you want or have [soft, full of body, UV protected, curly, color treated, et cetera], you could choose any of Redken's 11 brands. [Brands home link = http://redken.com/products/displayCategory.cfm?bt=1]
As a personal opinion, I'd never you anything other than Redken again. I absolutly love it. Before I was using Treseme, and they were great, but I actually like Redken more.

My favorite salon-sold shampoo/conditioner system is the matrix amplify duo. I like it because it is intended to add volume to the hair, and it does a very nice job. You can get the set for about $25-30. The shampoo is (i believe) 22oz and the conditioner about 14oz.
You can find tons of consumer beauty product reviews, and leave your own (makeup, hair care, skincare, etc) at www.makeupalley.com

deffo ghd shampoo and conditioner. id never used it until i went to a salon and cuddint believe the results of my hair, it was like a different head of hair. it made my hair seem thicker, shiny and glossy. the conditioner has made my hair softer than a babys bottom lol and people have commented on how good m hair looks. also i dye my hair blonde and it takes off that straw feel and takes off the brassy look. it breaks up any block blonde colours in my hair and makes it look less harsh and beautiful. it may be alitle expensiven but im worth it

Definitely Paul Mitchell. Have been using for years and my hair is in great condition even although I am of senior years. I also use his Glaze just a small drop on the palm of the hand and bring through the hair before styling. I am lucky I can get in the States when I visit my son and the price is half.

It extremely relies upon on what you're going for....quantity, damage protection, colour upkeep, and so on. i have stumbled on that my favorites (and that i have actually used all of them) are Aveda and L'Oreal Kerastase. Aveda is large and works nicely, yet i must claim that the L'Oreal Kerastase works more beneficial than the Aveda. i purchased mine on line. i understand you're probably wondering, "L'Oreal is a low high quality drugstore shampoo", yet that is the salon high quality shampoo from France. that's fantastic, and actually not low-cost.
