Okay, I have never done anything glamour-like with my hair before, and I just want to know if you guys have any ideas on haircuts or styles! Please help I really want to change my style

ok so my hair straightener broke today! i went to the shop and bought a remington wet to straight and after reading about it on yahoo answers, i returned it tonight as everyone seems to say bad things about it....not working well, burning your hand too easily and taking too long etc etc. What hair straightener do you use? which is best? how much do you think you should spend on one to get a great one? i was looking at spending no more than $150. if you live in australia do you know any shops that are good to get them from? i was thinking myer or david jones but is there anywhere better? any help would be greatly appreciated!!

My natural colour is light ashy blonde, after years of highlights I would like to try to get my natural colour back. Can I do this at home, a bit short on money after Christmas! ;-) Which colours are the best? My hair is so flyaway also, a bit thin, would it help to get rid of bleached hair, will it make my hair better?

...a wig. I know she has either a weave, wig or combination of the two.I'm not exactly concerned about Oprah's hair- she can be bald for all I care, she's great! But I just wonder why is it that no one notices how her hairstyles go from medium to short and back to medium length pretty quickly- its not just the length but her texture and color changes from time to time too. I also noticed there were several questions here asking for the name of the relaxer that Oprah uses. Well I doubt you'll ever find out because its not her hair.

Ok so this lady 4 years ago highlighted my hair blonde but for some reason it was more brown at the bottom and i wanted it all one color. So i went to another lady a few days later and said highlight my hair blonde from the bottom of my neck down. (My hair was a little longer then the middle of my back). Right after that my hair started brakeing off insanely and 2 months later everyone noticed how much thinner my hair looked. I thought there was something wrong with me but i noticed where my hair looked thin and it would like stick stright out and i started to think that maybe i wasnt supposed to do that? Anyways my hair seems like iot never grows now its been the same length since, and i've been tryign to grow it long. People say that theres such thing as terminal length but i dont have that when i was in middle school my hair was veryy long. I deep condition my hair like crazy i use a ceramic strightner i use all sorts of products. How do i stop my hair from breaking off at theends

Let's say for example it is a younger Twenty-something and up average white or mixed race guy with wavy dark blond hair and he is in shape and decent looking with nothing unusual about his face.

As a rule would he look better wearing longer hair that is well kept or short Military style hair?
