People usually get ingrown hairs on their arms and legs when the a previous hair removal procedure failed the last they tried and just ended up breaking the hair instead of removing it entirely.
The best way to get rid of ingrown hair and fast is to wax the area with the problem, it pulls out the remaining hair and any dirt that has accumalated in that area.
My advice, if you want to get it done fast, get to a saloon, and get a wax job done, making it yourself or doing it yourself will take longer and if you're inexperienced, you wont do it right.
Make sure to apply ice to the area after you're finished if it's your first time waxing, and the best hair removal method is using wax or halawa, as they call it, it removes the hair completely if done properly and hair doesnt begin to regrow until 2-3 weeks later,
Smooth skin meantime!
GOOD LUCK!
