don't ever try these medicated shampoo's they finnish of your dandruff and once you stop using it all comes back again. they also have side effects such as hair fall.
try putting oilive oil before you go to bed in your hair and wash it in the morning. it helps and will also make your hair healthier. make sure you apply it well in your scalp ask someone to give you a head massage too.

i have the solution
its expensavive though
its 100 percent gauranteed...never fails. and you only need to use it once a week
well thats what it says on the bottle... but it works so great i only have to use it once a month
go to walmart or wherever
and buy nutregnea t gel for dandruff. its a brown color shampoo. maybe in a box for almost 10 bucks...but its worth it trust me.
once you get it
first take a half cup of vingar and about a .5l of water and put it together and put it in your hair...
Rinse., dont repeat. It will take out all residue left in your hair.
Then use the nutragena tgel dont repeat. leave it in for like a minute messaging it into the roots.
rinse
then i would condition it.
another good thing to remember is not to wash it every single day. it takes out your natural oils to keep a clean skalp.

Use dandruff shampoo

or

try this home remedy:

Mix 1 par apple cider vinegar to 3 parts warm water to balance scalp pH and control dandruff. You can also apply undiluted vinegar to the scalp. Allow it to penetrate, then shampoo with a mild shampoo.

keep your scalp moist and greased. dandruff thrives on dry scaly skin where ther is a lot of dead skin cells to feed on. you may use antidandruff but merely greasing your scalp properly and having air gowing through helps considerably.
