Ok so this lady 4 years ago highlighted my hair blonde but for some reason it was more brown at the bottom and i wanted it all one color. So i went to another lady a few days later and said highlight my hair blonde from the bottom of my neck down. (My hair was a little longer then the middle of my back). Right after that my hair started brakeing off insanely and 2 months later everyone noticed how much thinner my hair looked. I thought there was something wrong with me but i noticed where my hair looked thin and it would like stick stright out and i started to think that maybe i wasnt supposed to do that? Anyways my hair seems like iot never grows now its been the same length since, and i've been tryign to grow it long. People say that theres such thing as terminal length but i dont have that when i was in middle school my hair was veryy long. I deep condition my hair like crazy i use a ceramic strightner i use all sorts of products. How do i stop my hair from breaking off at theends

STOP with all of the products. STOP with the ceramic straightener (it is probably the biggest culprit). You are further damaging already damaged, delicate hair causing it to break.
Just wash and condition your hair every few days.
You may be happier if you get all of the damaged hair cut off. You may have to go short, but the hair you have left will be nicer.
Don't worry, it will grow back eventually.

Hair grows from inside the root at the hair follicle.
You seem to be damaging and breaking your hair bc of your straightening method.
How about you get a decent trim from a new stylist and stop with the appliances for a while.
I hear that Joico and L'anza make great products to get your hair back into shape.
Eat more protein, and take Biotin and Calcium to improve your hair growth. In a few months you should see much better results!

Sounds like you put your hair through the ringer and now it's rebelling.
Give your hair a break (no pun intended) and go natural for a while. Keep it trimmed and conditioned. Hair does not grow beyond a split.
