Okay, I have never done anything glamour-like with my hair before, and I just want to know if you guys have any ideas on haircuts or styles! Please help I really want to change my style

st perm it den style it wif wax. nt too short pls. a lil long but pls dun let urself look like a ger either.

Grow Your hair between Short and Medium , and Cut your hair around the sideburns short but still visible as if your hair Kept coming from down and didn't bent for the side burns .

I'm not a guy, but I can suggest some stuff:
Get it feathered
Get it highlighted
Get it permed
Get a fringe like a side one or something

keep your hair short. not too short. do not color them in dark and opposite of your natural color. you can keep spikes if you like. otherwise nice medium size hair cut looks cool too....

go for feather cut...it looks really cool, plus bangs n flicks are also in these days.
