Hair - December 2006

I was putting my hair into rollers yesterday and my son was watching me and asked me what his hair would look like if it was curly as some of the boys at school have got curly hair that seems to attract girls, .
I have told him that only women curl their hair and that he is being silly but if he insists I am prepared to set his hair in rollers the next time he washes it.
Have i done the right thing or should I take him to see a shrink.
I also think that he is just going through an experimental phase with his hair at the moment as he has not been to the barbours for a few months and his hair is about a couple of inches above his shoulders.

Well I bought "Herbal Essances" Body Envy Volumizing shampoo, conditioner & mousse. I know how to apply it and stuff, but when blow drying my hair- how do I make it look pouffy?
I WANT: Volumized, not-flat, brand new hair.

I have shampoo and conditioner that smells good when I'm puttin git in, but not when my hair dries and I straighten it. Is there anything out there that has a good stay-in smell after it dries? Or after flat-ironing it?

I have stright Blonde hair. I cant go to a salon. I need to know a Product ( I want Sampoo, Conditioner, and hairspary.) That will make my haior wavey. I at least need the hairspary. I have thick hair. I've tried to make a messy bun but it always comes apart. I've tried doing it tighter but then it doesn't look loike a MESSY bun. How do you do it? thanks!

im black and my hair is about 10 inches long and its pretty flat. and im not into doing that regular black hairstyles and weave, but i want to do something to it cause i just really dont know what to do. what would be a good color to die it or highlight it? what can i do to get a little volume or something? or some product that really works to make it grow?i try to do the rockerchick thing and put it in my face a little but it doesnt really work....

I have really dark brown hair and probably build up of other darks colors. Is there are really good bleach that will go down to blonde/white without stopping. Cuz it always stops at red or orange. Anyone have good personal expeirence. ( products that i can buy, without goin to salon)

im pretty pale and i just recently got my hair dyed back to black because that is my natural hair color. i am chinese and i have black/dark dark brown hair. i hate my pale skin so i was wondering if i should color my hair back to a brown so i dont look as pale. or do you think i should just get a tan so my skin doesnt contrast to my hair as much.?
