I suggest going to the salon and asking someone there, they are bound to have many nice and fun ideas, best bet for looking true to character? Get it set in rollers!

Visit some of thesights I listed below. They sell wigs. You could also just wear you hair down and curl. The put on a hat like the one shown in thethird websight below. Finally put on granny glasses.

Why don't you wear a scarf over your hair, like old crones did of old? Either a square one folded in half as a triangle and knotted under your chin , or a long woolly one draped over your head and gathered under your chin Russian style.
