poofy curly hair what should i do it lookslikecrap?

it is verry pooofy and it is ugly and it frizzis to much

Put jel in it to control it and smile because curly hair is beautiful!
My friend has hair like that and she always wears hats- they look really nice!

well my step sister has hair like that. i do her hair alot and so i would try to straiten it and put some hair gel in to keep the shape after straitening
