I'm not really a girly girl or preppy, and still I'm 16. I have dark blue/grey eyes, and light skin. Right now I have sandy blonde hair, and it's naturally wavy..but I do straighten it when I have time. Please send me some suggestions..and if you have any goods websites please send those too.

i am trying to give my hair a messy look but no product is working. I can get my bangs spiked up, but the top of my head wont go up. anyone have advice?

I read somewher that people with curly hair should ask for a "textured" hairstyle instead of a "layered" one at the salon so that curls look better and hair is no "triangular" but no one seems to know what I'm talking about, how to I explain the two techniquest to the hair dresser?
