yes there are. there are many shampoos you can buy to treat this. it sounds like you just have a lack of moisture. shampoo every 2 days with a moisturising, volumizing shampoo and get haircuts regulairly. stay away from heat styling as much as possible (ex. hair straightners, blow dryers) because they dry out your hair.
