I have brown eyes and pale skin but kind of tan sometimes in the summer. Right now i have red hair.

I think that you should dye your hair burnette. Since your face is pale the blonde might make you looke even more pale. The burnette color would probably look nice with your brown eyes.

well, the easier to get color now since ur hair is red is the dark brown, because its very hard to get the nice blonde color from first time, but if u want to go through many coloring sessions, make it blonde and then if you dont like it its easier to change to dark brown than from dark brown to blonde + the advantage is if u dye ur hair blonde it will take all the red shade from ur hair wich is great. :)
