AM 31 years old my hair has been falling since I 25.what can Ido to stop

have you tried deep conditioners?

Check with a dermatologist. There are drugs such as Rogaine which can help. In the end, the floor stops more hair from falling than anything else. Check with a doctor. It works for some people though not all.

Just let it fall. You are what you are with or without hair. Plenty of women like bald guys. i was a long haired hippy in the 70s and 80s. At age 27 i decided to cut my hair off and discovered that i was pretty bald. I had had no idea that my hair falling out until that haircut. It didnt change me or my feelings about myself. I even had people coming up and offering me unsolicited advice on hair loss. I told them to get lost and stop being so vain.
You are NOT your hair. Your hair is not you.
Every 8 years or so your body has replaced every single cell in it. So you are not even you :)

there are some products that can stop it from falling and you can cut your hair hair short and dont use dont use strong shampoo
