i am trying to give my hair a messy look but no product is working. I can get my bangs spiked up, but the top of my head wont go up. anyone have advice?

"FX: molding wax," which you can find at Walmart, that stuff will definately help you with the messy look. I do my hair messy all the time kind like in my pic and I love this stuff. Make sure you do your hair right out of the shower after you have run a towel through it a couple of times, it will help give you some movement with your hair. Also it depends on your hair cut, your hair may be too long for your hair to go "straight" up.

it depends on the haircut it needs to be a little shorter but u need to thin it out if its too thick so its hard to say without looking at it
