First you have find a good hair dresser. Red hair looks great with a couple of shades lighter but the same tone. You work that red hair girl. Men love it!!

Golden blonde highlights usually compliment red colors the best. Don't do this yourself because your hair is already colored & hair color doesn't lift hair color.Go to a hairstylist.

Black lowlights or Blonde highlights would look good. And go to a hair stylest

why would you want highlites? red hair is beautiful. otherwise, I would say light brown
