i have just dyed my hair a plummy burgundy colour and don't konw what colour make up would go best with it?

At the moment I have 'normal hair' as in it's just straight, below shoulder length. It has no style to it just long and straight.
I was thinking of going for the 'emo look' as I like that type of hair cut. Although since I'm not used to having a certain hair style I'm worried it won't suit me.
Also I don't want it to choppy, just bangs over the eye and layered.
I'm really not sure, as I'm not that kind of 'wild' person with choppy hair. I like it, but it probably won't suit me.
Please help!!!

My hair is quite fly away and it tends to get really flat during the day, so i was wondering if there was a hair product i could use out there to give it a little more volume at the roots. A subtle wax that doesn't shine or something.

i dont want to put a whole lot of hairspray on, but my hair is really sensitive to the outside, and it just flys around, what do i do? and its really dry kinda.

I had my hair highlighted yesterday and paid the full price for a whole head of highlights, when she finished shampooing my hair i had to leave with it still wet w/o being able to see it b/c an emergancy came up, and when i got home i saw she only did the top half. I have naturally dark hair and the highlights were a dark blonde so you can notice the bottom hasnt been touched really badly.
What should I say when I call tonight? I need to get the point that I'm not paying extra b/c i honestly used up all my money, i didnt think it would cost what it did.

I recently cut my hair into a short bob in order to make it easier to dye my hair blonde. I currently have blonde highlights over my natural medium brown hair -- in other words, the only color in my hair is the blonde highlights everything else is still "virgin hair."

I've been wanting to go blonde for a long time... goldish blonde. I have light skin and light brown eyes, so I think it would look ok. I just don't want to use any more bleach than what's already on my higlights because my hair is thin.
A friend had mentioned that she used store bought hair dye without bleach to color her medium brown hair to blonde and she always had this nice healthy looking goldish blonde color, so I figure it is possible.
Others tell me to go to a professional but I think they'll want to use bleach, or it will cost too much.

What do you recommend? Any suggestions from anyone who's tried this?

I straighten my hair almost everyday, i need to find the best thing to use for my type of hair, i dyed it alot, but now i get it colored prof,(not permanent dye) and my hair is dead and i have many flyaways and split ends. what is the best deep conditioner for this type of hair

People tell me different things, but I want to know if i am cool or warm so I can choose the best hair color for me. I am hispanic with light to medium brown hair. I am fair with a splash of freckles on my cheeks and nose. I usually do not tan, I generally just get more freckles. My eyes are hazel green & brown.

I have heard that latin people are usually warm, but that people with freckles are usually cool? So I am confused. Anyone have any idea on this.
