1.Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.

2.Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week

3.Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.

4.Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.

5.Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow.

Depends on the rate of hair fall. Up to 100 strands per day is normal. If it's way more than that she should definitely see a doctor. And if it's not too bad, then she can consider replacing the hair products she uses on a regular basis, like shampoo, conditioner, etc. Or discontinue with any hot hair appliances she might be using.

How old is your friend? And how much is falling out? I'm 16, and I shed, lol. It's a part of puberty. But until I know the facts it could be that or even a health problem.

There could be multiple reasons for hair loss. It could be something as simple as stress to something as serious as a thyroid disorder. Whatever the case, she cannot be properly diagnosed here, you need not to be taking advice here other than getting her to see a physician as soon as possible.

she should see a doctor pronto! Next after she finds out what's wrong she can take steps to feeling good again. Getting extensions, or even trying on wigs. But most importantly... Don't let her feel self conscious.

she should go to the doctor to see if she might be using somthin she has an allergic reaction to somthin and that might be tha cause of it or she might have a cancer sorry to say but that may be somthing to g o get checked out because that can be somthin serious

Your local beauty supply store has a keratin treatment. She should purchase it and follow the instructions on the package.

(Dudleys makes a great one called DRC-28 and aphogee also makes a great one)
