I have curly hair too. If it is frizzy it will look like you have a afro. I know this because my hair has done that. When it is dry probably when there is a lot of wind that will make it dry. Humidity makes your hair frizzy also. To prevent dry or frizzy hair you could try using Tresseme mouse. It really works well. Aussie is also a good product. If you straighten your hair you should use Tresseme mouse and hairspray. When you are done straigtning it spray some hairspray on your brush and brush your hair that prevents frizziness. I guess we all are frizz fighters!!!!

curly hair gets frizzy a lot. If u have flyaways (little escapees sticking off the to of ur head) then ur hair is probably frizzy.

It your hair appears smooth (even though it's curly) and shiny, and doesn't get split ends, know that it's not frizzy and dry.

If it's frizzy it will look all poofy and the hair will not lay flat against one another.
If it's dry it will feel dry. Like straw or like dog fur.

your hair will become spongy and you might also have split ends, that means your hair is unhealthy and needs vitamins.
