I had my hair highlighted yesterday and paid the full price for a whole head of highlights, when she finished shampooing my hair i had to leave with it still wet w/o being able to see it b/c an emergancy came up, and when i got home i saw she only did the top half. I have naturally dark hair and the highlights were a dark blonde so you can notice the bottom hasnt been touched really badly.
What should I say when I call tonight? I need to get the point that I'm not paying extra b/c i honestly used up all my money, i didnt think it would cost what it did.

Edit * - Highlights for just the front/top/sides = 45-55$
Full Head = 65$
I paid 75.

It sounds like you got a partial highlight which is only the top and sides. In the salon I work in thats like a $30 difference, so I would double check their price list. Most salons will redo the work if your not happy as long as you call within a few days.

make sure that she charged u for partial because they also charge for the lowlights! the color they put in between the highlights so it could be that!

All hairdressers are a rip off, but you shouldnt have paid that.
