If you can find "Bioré Pore Minimizing Refining Exfoliator" in the UK, go with that. It's a lot like some of the more expensive things calling themselves 'at-home microdermabrasion,' yet still not too harsh. NB: not their other scrub, which I don't remember the name of. It's not awful, but it's nothing special, either.

Estee Lauder deep thermal refinisher £32.00 it's a bit pricey but it's amazing. it heats up as you rub it in, supposed to be like thermal dermabrasion. fantastic. leaves the skin well soft (says only use once a week so it's worth the money as it'll last). but for an every day exfoliator...try Neutrogena £5-£6 and works well enough!

For your face mix a little salt with your cleanser

For your body cover in baby oil slater salt on and shower.

You will have gorgerous skin if you follow 3 times per week
