i dont want to put a whole lot of hairspray on, but my hair is really sensitive to the outside, and it just flys around, what do i do? and its really dry kinda.

They sell hair serums at the salon or drug store to tame fly aways.Its a gloss that wil help hold it down and add shine as well.
