Hi, I'm a 16 year old teenage who is experiencing hair problems.

My hair is only smooth and soft after I shampoo and condition.

On days where I don't shampoo my hair, my hair will become dry and very messy? It's not "strand by strand" and not shiny neither.

Any home remedies for nice and shiny hair?
Plus what can i do to make my hair grow faster?

Do hairy legs below the knee matter to girls.

Are dark hairy legs on guys (below knee) gross or does it not really matter or would you prefer lighter growth or trimmed hair?

ok, so ive got a school dance to go to tonight and i have ni idea how to do my hair. Different Type Of Dye'ing Style?
I have brown with a little golden in my hair but i want a different dye job. like black on top layer of my hair and then auburn the bottom part? or something, iono fosure yet. Can I get some ideas (if possible picture too)

I set my hair this morning as i am going to the movies with my boyfriend tonight, however when putting my tights on i noticed that they had a ladder on them as i did not have another pair that matched them i put a scarf over my rollers and walked down to the shops to get another pair. I got some strange looks but also a some compliments from other older woman saying that it was nice to see younger women taking care of their hair again and using rollers, i also got a couple of compliments from men about how sexy they looked?

I have been blonde, red, dark brown. black. had pink ends a blue fringe etc... (all at seperate times mind you!) I am naturally dark brown with green eyes. Should I go light brown. I have got the dye. I am going to do it in the next hour! Tell me should I do it or not!

is it better to use a mousse instead of or in addition to hairspray before i curl my hair, and should i use it before and after or just before or just after? will it curl better when it is towel-dry damp or very wet, and should i wash it the night before or right before i curl it? my hair is thick, a couple inches below shoulder length, and hard to curl. i need to do it tonight.

I have dyed & hightlighted my hair twice, the conditional of my hair is worsen. Now everytime i shampoo my hair, it will get all tangled up. There was once i tried to comb my hair without conditioning it. My comb break! (cos my hair was to rough and got tangled up) I have use pantene and herbal essence. Both did not work well. I don't want to get the curls done at the hairstyle place with enough hairspray to cause a hole in the ozone layer the size of Texas. I have dark brown hair that is naturally wavy, but I live in a very humid city, and my hair not only poofs, but frizzes (I look like a squirrel who decided to experiment with a bug zapper). Ponytails and straightners are my best friends. I want to wear my hair down, but the dance at my school gets VERY hot (my school has 3,800 kids. About 60-75% of them attend... The gym and cafeteria get very packed and very hot). My dress is berry pink, and my mom is making it in the kneelength pattern for this dress:

i have NATURALLY CURLY hair, but usually i straighten it. they are not the same curls as the pretty ones and they are not able to be "touched up" and made into that style. i think i will start with my hair straigh. also, it's pretty thick. and i do not have hot rollers, only a curling iron to work with. i need to know for tonight so please help!
