Unfortunately no you cannot.Hair grows and its not humanly possible to stop it growing.The only way you can change the colour is by using permanent dyes or choosing to using wigs.Our dna determines our hair colouring and there is no way of changing this but you can still have fun and experiement with other colours.

I have read that certain food products prepared in certain ways will make slight colour changes to the hair.
I do not think that you can naturally change say red to blonde.

when my mum was undergoing radiotherapy for breast cancer, a woman in her ward went bald during the treatment. Before going bald she had straight brown hair, when it grew back it was ginger and curly!
