im going to wear a dark fairy costume and i have light blond (really light hair) short hair everywhere (like 2inchs long) and in the front i have hair thats like 12inchs long my costume is all black with some whight cross' on it and was wondering what color i shoud color the front hair purpul, red or teal

I'd use hair glitter instead. With really light hair especially if it's been processed some of the pigment of the dye may stick around longer than you like.

You had better pick a color you like; if you like the color, it's good for you.
I feel to color teal is prettier.
