I have dark brown hair at the moment but i would like to go lighter. I am a natural red head, so for me to go blonde i have to bleach my hair (says my friend who's a hairdresser) Is this true? Or can i just dye it with an ordinary hair colour? if so which one to use?

i have light brown hair, i am planning on going to a dark dark dark brown. however, i cant stand my eyebrows being such a different color.

will it be okay to put some hair color on them? also, how often will i need to color them? it seems like i would need to do them more often than my hair, since i get my eyebrows waxed every 2 and a half weeks, and they wax and trim a lot of hair off...ya know? hmm.... thanks!

I have naturally dark brown ( almost black ) hair that's about 30% grey. I have been coloring over the grey for many years. Is there any good way to let the grey come in gracefully? I tried having it highlighted to transition the grey in but I thought it just made me look like a calico cat. The espresso brown I use now is pretty, but someday I'll just end up looking like an old lady who dyes her hair.

I tie it into pleats right now but I'm bored with the same look. I had it cut into steps before and it looked good but after about an hour or two it would become messy and unmanageable. It needs too much maintainence. I'm a new mom and so I require an easy handling style. Help please.

My bf saw me with my mom her friend and some friends. He walked rite by and dident say hi. I tried to tlk to him but he ignored me. I got very mad because he blew me off and embaressed my in front off alot of people (hez been doing this alot lately...) Later that day i waz so mad so i called his cell and he wazent sry atall so i dumped him. I sat in my room and cried/missed him. Then he called me and told me how sorry he waz and that it wldnt happen again so i got bak together wit him. Everything waz great (he told me how much he loved me/wanted to be wit me all nite over c-mail/fone). The next day he wldnt reply to my c-mails and wen he finally did he said he dident think that things were wrkin. I asked why and he said "im sorry im jst confused can we tlk later" so i called him later and he said that all his friends want him to dump me cuz i cause alotta drama. But he dident. Today at school he only talked to me to say bye and hug me. He usually sitts wit/ tlks 2 me. WAT SHLD I DO?!?!

I have medium brown hair with blonde highlights, but lately it's getting that orange brassy color to it. I've tried the blonde shampoos as well as Neutrogena clairfying shampoo, but they don't help. Any ideas?

i just found out that might have to have brain surgery.
and if i do they are going to shave my head.
I dont want the kids at school to make fun of me (except my friends)
i cant wear a hat because my school has a strict rule about hats or any type of head coverings.
a wig that looks real is to expensive and my insurance wont pay for it
locks of love only gives wigs to people with long term hairloss

I tried washing my hair a million times and i tried tomato juice and baby lotion, and nothing is working, someone said to try rubbing alcohol and another said to try dishwashing soap...but im scared to use those products on my hair...any other ideas?

i tried diff sort of shampoos and conditioners in preventing falling hair but to no avail. i even tried using horse shampoo and conditioner as per my friend's advice. a friend told me that the cause of these hair loss is my being fond of wearing caps. i have a collection of caps and i dig wearing everytime. any advice?
