i tried diff sort of shampoos and conditioners in preventing falling hair but to no avail. i even tried using horse shampoo and conditioner as per my friend's advice. a friend told me that the cause of these hair loss is my being fond of wearing caps. i have a collection of caps and i dig wearing everytime. any advice?

One big way to prevent hair loss - don't stress! I'm pretty sure it's true that freaking out all the time speeds up the process and contributes to hair loss. So try to chill out a bit and not worry so much

Was gonna say that about the hats, got one on my head right now though. If your hair can breath more it maybe won't fall out as much. Then again if it does just do like Bob Kevoyan
(don't think that's spelled correct) Of the Bob&Tom Show he always wears an L.A. cap never even new he was bald on top. His mustache make up for the hair he don't have on top though:)

sorry my dear but it is genetic. there is nothing you can do. But there are people out t here who have made millions out of blokes like you . They cannot do anything either but you only find that out after you have spent all your savings and promised them your income for the next 20 years. . there is nothing anyone can do !!!!!!!!.
shave it all off.
Thats what most balding men do t hese days.

hair loss is usually genetic, so there really isn't any way to stop your hair from falling out. sorry.
