I tie it into pleats right now but I'm bored with the same look. I had it cut into steps before and it looked good but after about an hour or two it would become messy and unmanageable. It needs too much maintainence. I'm a new mom and so I require an easy handling style. Help please.

It can be worn straight, with the hair falling straight on either side. Take a centre parting, Avoid: Hair falling on the forehead.

I think you should go to a couple of good hairdressers and discuss it with them, they will show you some magazines and suggest some styles that will suit the shape of your face etc.

condition your hair everytime and dont cut it too short is my advice. long curly hair on a round face is hottt. if however you must become a sacrificing mother go for a shoulder cut, but again keep it conditioned.

my advise is to go to your hair stylist and ask her/his opinion. tell them what you want and how your hair behaves. they will be able to give you a solution to your problems.
