hot rollers & lots of hairspray. oh & use a product that will make your hair shiny... there are millions... im sure you have one of them somewhere in your collection.
(don't braid it, that will make it kinky, not curly)

Buy a waver at a drugtore.
It looks like 3 lined up fingers
Wash your hair at night.
In the morning, wave your hair starting at the bottom sections.
This will give a fuller look like Mandy Moore.

take a bunch of sponge rollers while wet at night spray with hair spray when you wake up blow dry it and let it down and spray it!

I would do hot rollers with lots of mousse before you put then in.
