My hair has been falling out alot lately...Mostly when it's wet and when I brush my hair there is alot of hair in my brush..and my hair has thined out alot. I dye my hair often and also blow dry it..could it just be dry and damaged? What can I do to fix this? Help! :(

For 5-6 years I've had my hair lightend to be a blond. I'm tired of trying to keep it up and spending the money to do it. I'd like to make it the natural color again. Anyone been through this with suggustions? My husband likes it blonde but will not be upset if I change it, he just prefers blondes.
