Well, I worked at a hair salon. You shouldn't really dye your eyebrows as it could be harmful. You might want to check around with some reputable hair salons to see if they do, in fact, dye eyebrows (some do, but don't do it at home). If you can't find anyone then you will have to live with dark eyebrows/light hair. Not the end of the world :) Good luck!

Best I can tell you, ask a cosmotologist to thin them, and ask about dying them ( possibility they coudl turn a funky brassy color though depending on how dark they are...) I tried it for 4 years decided it was a hassell to keep up and just recently went back to my dark hair.
